- Port GeditFileChooserDialogGtk to GtkFileChooserNative
  so that it can use the file chooser portal for better confinement
  when run as a Flatpak or Snap (James)
- Add a style class to the main window for theming (abakkk)
- Move nightly Flatpak manifest here (Jordan)
