Note for distributors: the log out on SIGTERM/SIGINT possibly create a
misbehavior with old versions of the GDM greeter. It is recommended to use this
release with GDM 2.29.92.

Session Manager:
- Log out on SIGTERM and SIGINT (Halton Huo)
- Delay the creation of the GsmXSMPClient until it really exists, to fix
  potential crashes on logout (Romain Perier)

Misc:
- Remove unneeded LIBGNOMEUI_REQUIRED from configure.in (Vincent)
