This is a new bugfix release of network-manager-applet 0.9.10.  Notable changes include:

* Updated translations
* libnm-gtk should now be correctly translated for applet, editor, and GNOME control center
* The applet tooltip now correctly shows VPN status
* Use Bluetooth device names instead of hardware addresses
