1. irc-ii-2.8 based code.
2. except K_BUF addition, hangul erase/delete added based on prev. version.
3. term.c is fixed - the orig. code has bugs using 8 bit char. set
   especially USE_TERMIO and TIOCLSET can possibly used term_reset()
   depending on your UNIX. - ex - Ultrix.

   In result, suspend and/or exit from IRC can disable your tty from using
   hangul - 8 bit mode - since it can reset the tty with some bogus
   unintialized mask.

   Fixed correctly on this version - orig. irc will stay with the bugs
   unless someone reports it - I won't :).

4. some sample include/def.h.* files are added.
   def.h.linux - for linux.
   def.h.osf - for alpha osf.
   def.h.ultrix - for DEC ultrix which utilizes TERMIO.
   def.h.sunos413 - for SunOS stuff.

5. alias.c was trying to insert aliases in alpha. order which is useless
   with Hangul - then find_alias will terminate the search using the order.
   (some bonehead was trying to speed up the search using my_strincmp()
    while inserting it using strcmp() - whoever the bonehead is, it
    must be made of dianmond).

   Replacing strcmp() to my_strcmp() fixes the problem.

6. last version of hangul irc was trying to exec. /usr/ucb/stty pass8
   to solve problem (3) - not every system has it on that dir.

   We don't need it any more with the fix of (3).

7. to keep track of the changes made, RCS is used.

8.. more and more....
